Hormononally Charged Exercise

Hormononally Charged Exercise
Hormononally Charged Exercise, Exercise can be one of the most frustrating aspect of losing weight. Many of my patient complain to me that have spent countless hours exercising and yet have not lost a pound of body fat or even any weight. In fact, some people yet have gain weight from exercising! This happens because the wrong exercise program can cause your hormones to work against you and actually trigger muscle loss and fat gain. For example, exercise aerobic exercise can actually deplete your cortisol levels to rise, leading to loss of muscle and, therefore, you fat-burning potential.

But a well-regimented, hormonally stimulating exercise program can do just the opposite: help you shed the fat from your body while you maintain, or even gain, muscle. In fact, exercise has so many healthful benefits promoting weight loss, protecting against illness, enhancing sexual performance-that I call it one of nature’s “wonder drugs”. But in order to actually reap these benefits from your exercise program, you must carefully plan what type of exercise you are going to do, when you are going to do, and at what intensity. Remember that your fat is not going to magically turn into muscle; you will have to stimulate your hormones to burn fat through cardiovascular exercise and build muscle through weight training. In this article, I will take you step by step though my hormonally charged workout plan.
